Note to Models about Airfare:

BBPics Photography in most cases, covers airline costs from reasonable origin points to Hartford, CT.

Airline reservations are non refundable and non changeable once the flight is booked in the talent/model's name. To prevent unacceptable losses in airfare due to cancellations, BBPics Photography will require a fully refundable deposit of 60% of the total airline costs before any itinerary is booked in the talent/model's name. The deposit can be either paid electronically via Paypal to bbpics@aol.com or by a certified check/money order. If payment is made by certified check/money order the check should be sent registered mail to the place of business of BBPics Photography.

Upon completion of the scheduled photoshoot, the talent/model will receive 100% of the initial deposit via a cash payment.

Any and all expenses incurred by penalties of any itinerary changes made by the talent/model to the existing reservations will be absorbed by the talent/model and deducted from the initial deposit.
