If I was told to give a short intro about myself and make it in a few words, I probably think the best place to start would be in terms of the education that I have received. Jumping right into the heart of my schooling and trying not bore anyone who read this; I'd probably have to jump straight into college, which began in my home state of Illinois. Where there I attended Northern Illinois while playing college football for the Huskies. Following 2 years of a terrible school, hard work and slowly slumping grades I decided to make a move to the sunny state of Arizona and attend Arizona State University and discontinue playing football all together. While this not one of the easiest decision in my life to make it proved to be eventually a good one in the long run, allowing me more time to focus on providing me with a degree and a forceful desire to enter the financial world. While I was still attending school, I then also began to submerge myself in the ever-growing nightclub industry. This whole idea really started when I was 18 years old back in my hometown of Chicago and came with me when I made the move to attend school in Arizona and really was all created in an attempt to pay for my schooling. It was right about then when I started my west coast nightclub career. The next move I took in the nightlife industry did not occur until after I had finished with my schooling in Arizona. This final step brought me to Las Vegas, where I was took a manager position at a Nightclub. An experience that gave me an excellent feel for dealing with all different kinds of people and provided me with some invaluable skills that I still use today. While these were all eventual steps in the ongoing process of growing up, I knew deep down that I couldn't be working in nightclubs forever. It was at that point that I made the decision to get out of the nightclub industry and took a leap of faith and jumped into the even more ever-growing real estate industry, where I still remain today. While shifting subjects a little bit and still focusing on my habits, I guess we can then turn to my ideas on fitness and staying in shape. To start or sum it up, my overall health has always been a huge priority in my life ever since I was given a weight set by my parents in junior high. It was at that moment where I began my first step and actually ended up being the biggest push in the right direction. It was right around then when fitness began to take a big part of my life and when a majority my time and energy became focused on bettering myself in terms of being a better athlete on the football field. It was playing football and the drive to be the best that gave me a solid edge and desire that will for sure be with me until the day I die. Now playing football was a great experience but everyone knows all good things come to an end and in the back of my mind I knew my football career was going to eventually end. With that thought hanging around, my thoughts and ideas about working out started to slowly change. I started to notice myself caring more about how I looked and how I thought others looked at me as well. It was those thoughts and the attention, coupled with my desire to basically live forever and be healthy that has put me in the shape of body and mind that I currently have today and will continue to have for the rest of my life. After my first photo shoot with Mr. John Mitchell of BPICS and I was asked to comment on how I thought the whole experience went. Besides the fact of it being almost a 105 Degrees and in the middle of July in the desert, I thought the whole experience was good one to say the least. Now, I am by no means a seasoned veteran of photographs in the fitness world or actually in any area of being photographed but I personally could not see the situation or professionalism of Mr. Mitchell being any better. Mr. Mitchell ended up being a breeze to work with and very surprising also very accommodating. It was definitely an experience that I would recommend to any others who are thinking of doing something along these lines or want to basically have some professional pictures taken. After another weekend of shooting with Mr. Mitchell took place in Connecticut last week, I found myself finally able to have a decent meal and I also felt very happy with the results and professionalism of the shoot. This time instead of working with just one other, there was 3 other fellow counterparts that made the experience even better. The chosen sites and the weather ended up being great, throughout the whole weekend. Now, I'm not going to say that days weren't long but working with Mr. Mitchell but the others that he choose made it all worth while. It is an experience that I would highly recommend to anyone that is thinking about it in the back of their mind and something I will look forward to in the future. View
