I was born in Alpena, Michigan. I came to West Palm Beach, Florida as an infant and grew up there. I currently reside in Miami.

Education:
Cardinal Newman High School 1998
University of Miami 2004 BS Biology and BS Chemistry

Bodybuilding:
I started bodybuilding in 1998 at 145lbs. I currently am 210lbs. I have built my physique with hard work and discipline. I have never used any steroids, growth hormone or any other chemical to enhance my physique. However, I am considering professional bodybuilding in which chemical usage is necessary. Currently I am looking for a sponsor to financially support me in this pursuit.

Hobbies: bonsai trees, billiards

I played 4 years of varsity soccer at Cardinal Newman High School.

I got involved in bodybuilding, because I have both a physical and mental aptitude for it. As a kid I was stronger, faster, and more muscular than my cohorts. My personality suits the lifestyle of bodybuilding. I enjoy a regimented lifestyle of eating, sleeping, lifting weights, and working.

My favorite foods: steak, lobster, veal ravioli, potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, yellowtail snapper, and strawberry cheesecake.

Favorite movies: I like comedies, such as National lampoons' Naked Guns and Police Academy movies.

Favorite TV shows: The Simpson's and the Family Guy

Favorite music: All types of rock: Guns n Roses, AC DC, Motley Crew, Def Leopard, Elton John, Foreigner, and some other 1980s groups which I cant think of right now, but I can hear the songs in my head.

Bodybuilding routine: I lift 2 days on 1 day off. Being natural the day off really gives me time to recuperate. I usually work each body part with 12-18 sets and finish working all body parts after 4 days of lifting or 6 days including the 2 days off. My diet consists of 5-6 meals a day. About 40 g of protein a meal and 100-150 g carbohydrates, and 8-10g of fat in each meal. The main foods: steak, chicken, tilapia, eggs, rice, pasta, potatoes, asparagus, broccoli, and protein shake.

John is an excellent photographer. He has been taking pictures for many years and is a true professional. I would recommend John to anyone interested in marketing him or herself for bodybuilding or fitness sponsorships. He has many connections since he has been around for many years and because of his prolific website. Since John takes all of his pictures for free he particular in the individuals he chooses to work with thus only serious individuals who can commit and follow thru works with John making him one of the few people in this world who does something out of the goodness of his own heart. I am very grateful to John for his dedication to me and to bodybuilding.
