Matthew DeLeo has been a professional fitness instructor for nearly 10 years and has worked with clients as old as 87 and as young as 16. He has worked with special needs children in helping them discover their own capabilities through exercise and fitness. Mr. DeLeo specializes in exercise & physiology and has trained over 300 people including athletes, stars, and successful business people, alike. He has also been featured as a top fitness model in many publications, catalogs, and billboards over the years such as Men's Exercise, Natural Bodybuilding, Spongex Aquatic Fitness Equipment, Eastern Mountain Sports, and online at bbpics.com to name a few. Furthermore, Mr. DeLeo is a professional championship natural bodybuilder at both state and national levels. He won the title as Mr. Connecticut 2001 and Mr. USA Natural Middleweight 2004 in Tarrytown, NY. |
| Douglas Haddad
possesses a doctorate degree in natural health from Clayton College of Natural Health. He graduated #1 in biological sciences from Central Connecticut State University in his undergraduate studies. Mr. Haddad has taught "Chemistry of Nutrition" at Central Connecticut State University and worked along side many professors in nutrition, exercise, and physiology research. He enjoys practicing Tai Chi Chuan as a moving meditation on a daily basis. Moreover, Mr. Haddad has worked as a fitness/print model in many venues. Most recently, he can be found on bbpics.com. Moreover, he was a key member of a statewide cardio-kickboxing championship team. A side profile on Mr. Haddad is that he is a direct descendent to the late writer, poet, and artist Kahlil Gibran (author of The Prophet). |

SYNOPSIS OF THE BOOK
Matthew DeLeo & Douglas Haddad have compiled over 4 years of research
working closely with professors (PhDs) at universities and countless individuals
representing 20 different professional fields. Through interviews, seminars,
medical research, and working on a 1-on-1 basis with over 300+ clients of every
professional field, they have compiled customized workout plans to suit the
needs of people based on their unique time constraints, stress levels, income
levels, etc. as it pertains to their daily professions.
OUR POINT OF VIEW
We show how people can get in great shape without losing a step at their
profession. Each customized plan is specific for each professional field and we
talk about how obtaining "superhealth" (overall wellness) can be done
and carried over into people's successes at work. This idea is the first of its
kind and is based on a truth that we do spend at least a third of the day at
work. In reality, we spend over half of the day there because we have to factor
in eight hours of the day (sleep) contributing towards "superhealth".
Often times, people believed that they could not contribute towards their well
being while working. Work is work, right? We demonstrate and highlight how you

and at home. We not only provide specific plans for people, but also provide
them with an understanding of their own lifestyle and reasons why they may not
