My name is Justin Alan Woltering. I am currently a college student pursuing a career in business marketing. I also work at GNC, and do some work as a personal trainer and Independent Business Owner. I am also looking forward to a successful career as a fitness model. I just recently moved to Kansas City, but have grown up in New Jersey almost my whole life. I began lifting weights as a freshman in high school, with little knowledge of proper training and diet. In the last three years my training has become hardcore and I have taken my physique to a very serious level. As both an athlete and an artist bodybuilding is the perfect combination for me. By studying every aspect of training, diet and supplementation I hope to take my body to perfection. My training is rigorous and I do not go to the gym to talk, it’s strictly business now. I train five days a week, doing one major muscle group a day, usually doing 12 - 15 sets, almost every one of them to failure. I also incorporate calves, abs, and traps training them every other day. I train instinctively based on how I feel that day, never doing the same workout two weeks in a row. It is hard work to maintain a good physique, but if it were easy everyone would do it. My personality is very ambitious, spontaneous, determined, reliable, adventurous, and most importantly fun. I have a wide range of hobbies which include weight training, being outdoors, sports, business, mixed martial arts, loved ones, hanging with friends, cooking good food, art (mostly designing tattoos), you name it, anything from getting your adrenaline going to chillin out and playing video games. I really enjoyed working with John. John is not only a professional who does great work, but he is very kind and hospitable as well. John took good care of me and the other models, and made the whole experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to get into the business.
