At the turning age of 25 my accomplishments only equal my aspirations to achieve greatness. My educational accomplishments (AAS in Veterinary Technology and BS in Pre-Veterinary Medicine) did not direct me to my current position. Currently a Fitness director for Bally's, I manage and coach my team of 15 excellent trainers. Although I can not disclose the exact location, the staff is like family to me. Excelling as a Fitness director I aspire to reach a corporate position. With my spare time I explore other options to make a mark for myself.

As far as my qualifications are concerned, my fitness and fashion career has still yet to take off. At the age of 10 I was drawn into a fitness lifestyle via my father wanting to live his dream out through his son. Teaching me to wrestle and diet and train hard was a life learning expense ill take with me throughout my entire life. I wrestled till my senior year in high school, till that graduating summer, deciding to try my skills in amateur boxing. Completing 4 years of balancing boxing, some college wrestling, and my studies, has attributed to the individual I am today. Still to this day I coach and help out my high school wrestling team.

My education in fitness entails ISSA and NASM certification in personal training. I plan on pursuing an additional BS in fitness and wellness offered through the NASM affiliate program. As a fitness director your staff relies on your knowledge and experience to help them develop a solid client base. My education has to stay current and constant in order to properly direct my team.

Although my career path has still yet to unfold I have many paths to choose from. Life is a constant learning experience and what I have learned so far is, find what makes you happy, stick with it, and excel!

Adding a little insight to my personal life, my favorite food is by far sushi. It's no wonder why the Japanese live so long, it's a fine cuisine, amazing form of protein, and leaves you with a feeling of fullness without the heavy bloat of many American foods. My favorite movie is hard to determine, I do appreciate the hard work and details of the trilogy of the lord of the rings, and I also love Al Pacino movies. My personality contains a lot of humor; I like to live life to the fullest at each opportunity and love to laugh. That's why working with John was very easy; he also shares the same quality in appreciation for humor.
With that being said, my favorite TV show is Family Guy. Yes I am 25, despite my age; I do have a secret addiction to cartoon network, and love Japanese animation, especially Dragon Ball Z. I do enjoy reading, although with my busy schedule my list entails mainly fitness books to keep up on the new advances in health science.

The little bit of spare time I have to myself I enjoy dancing in clubs, and going out to mingle. Hanging around the gym and conversing with clients are some of the traits that characterize us personal trainers. I love hard bass techno music along with alternative rock music as well. I can listen to anything; I don't usually listen to hip-hop anymore because I feel the whole genre of hip-hop has gone way too mainstream. And to finish up what Chris enjoys in his spare time, I love snowboarding (it's my favorite), rollerblading, and hiking. Usually anything outdoors and active I am enthusiastic about participating in. I do have limits, but would not call it a fear; I just don't feel comfortable at very high altitudes.

The last bit of information I would like to add pertains to this particular shoot. I have worked with many photographers before, and I must say this was my favorite experience yet. John Mitchell was very professional and considerate of his models. Along with his great sense of humor, John proved to be a joy to work with. John is a stand up guy in my book.
